CAP Catering Services PAINT & SIP Party

CAP Catering Services is hosting a fun evening of painting, socializing and a little wine with your partner, your friends, your family, or your coworkers! 

Your ticket includes:

Friends in groups of 2-5 will paint together per table. Art supplies, blank 16"x20" canvas, and sample landscape will be provided with registration fee. Plus, 2 complimentary beverage tickets (wine, beer or soda) to be redeemed at the bar in the main room and light individually wrapped hors d' ouerves. Professional artists from Express Your Brush will take us step-by-step as we create our own masterpiece. Adults only (21 & over).  

Event Schedule:

• Check-in between 5:30-5:50 pm will include geting your art supplies, drink tickets and finding your seat or group. 
• Art instructor will begin promptly at 6:00 pm and end at 8:00 pm. 
• Guests are welcome to stay awhile for music, another cocktail, visit with friends or finish your painting from 8:00-9:00 pm.  

Seating: To protect the safety of our guests and staff, see COVID-19 Protocols below. Seating for parties of 1-5 people per table are available. Please select the appropriate group size for you and your friends/family.  For larger groups, please contact our catering department at 847-249-4330 x3321.

Dress Code: There is no formal dress code, dress for a night of great painting, mingling, and wine drinking.

Food & Beverages: Additional snacks and beverages will be available for purchase. 

Parking: Waukegan Parking Garage C is a .1 miles/2 minute walk from our location ($1.00 per hour). Street parking is also available in the neighborhood. Parking spaces are metered.

COVID-19 Protocols:

• All staff and artists will be masked and are required to follow the latest government Covid-19 safety guidelines in IL.
• We will sanitize door handles, tables, chairs, restrooms, and surfaces.
• Check-in will include a contactless temperature check and wellness questions. 
• We will not seat unaffiliated parties at the same table. 
• Our tables will remain spaced 6 feet apart. 
• Masks must be worn indoors except when eating or drinking. Guests are required to wear a mask entering and exiting the event, restrooms, while mingling away from their table with other guests, staff or artist and at the bar area.

On the day of the event, by attending, you attest that you answer "No" to the following questions:

• In the past 14 days have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 or been asked to quarantine?
• In the past 10 days have you had new or worsening symptoms such as a fever, shortness of breath, persistent cough, sinus congestion or runny nose (not attributed to allergies), loss of taste/smell, headache, sore throat, severe muscle aches, fatigue, or nausea/ vomiting/diarrhea?
• In the past 14 days, have you had close contact or high-risk exposure to someone with an active or suspected case      of COVID-19? This includes being less than 6’ away for more than 15 minutes in a 24 hour period or direct contact with mucus or saliva.
• In the past 10 days have you been asked to get a COVID-19 test due to symptoms or risk of exposure and are still      waiting for the results or received an inconclusive result?
• If you had a severe case of COVID-19, are you within 20 days of your last symptom?
