Report to the Community & Partner Recognition Reception "Helping People, Changing Lives” May 11th, 4:30-6:30 P.M.

Community Action Partnership of Lake County will celebrate the accomplishments of Community Action Agencies and locally.  We will publicly recognize our partners at our Report to the Community & Partner Recognition Reception.

Cocktail hour 4:30-5:30 P.M.

Program and featured speakers begin at 5:30 P.M.

Heavy hors d’oeuvres served at 4:30-6:30 P.M. 

Cash bar available 4:30-6:30 P.M.

We have added a few great raffle prizes for the event, so bring a few $5’s!

Fundraiser will support CAP of Lake County’s Hot Meals Delivery Program for Seniors living in low-income housing:

1. Funding for the Hot Meals for Seniors program ended December 2022. We need funding to continue this program in 2023. Currently, we provide an average of 150 hot meals per weekday to 4 Senior Residences (Zion and North Chicago)
2. Purchase of a temperature controlled truck to transport hot and cold meals

$50 Ticket includes food, beverages and one alcoholic drink.

Parking available: Street or Garage (Garage parking: 2 minute walk)

• Street parking, available on Genesee St. Metered parking is $.50 per hour before 5:00 pm. No charge after 5:00 pm.
• Covered Garage Parking, available at Waukegan Lot C, 225 N County St for $1.00 per hour. Maximum $5.00 per day.
